A new record for me...Still had enough lump in the egg that I could have cooked 4 or 5 more I believe... Getting dough ready for that was a real chore....
Made so many - It's hard to remember and I was too busy to take pics..
Made two sauces - Putanesca (awesome)and a more basic (also awesome)..
My favorite -
Fried up some hot Italian sausage first and used a mix of freshly grated Mozzarella and Provolone with a little bit of fresh Parm/Romano.. And used these sweet red cherry Peppers from the Fresh Market Antipasta bar...Oh Boy it was my favorite for sure.
What fun!!!

I have to be honest, I used Trader Joe's dough.. It's really good...still a pain to roll out, especially for 10 pizzas..

Beautiful red crispy duck and the waiter comes to slice it and they only give you the skin with some little pancakes and sauce you roll it up!! They took away the duck meat...Apparently that's the way its served.. Amazed and guess it was the next days soup or something.. It was very very good though.
