It was Saturday, so of course there was junk food on the menu....
These were dusted down with Baking Powder, Corn Meal and Dizzy Pig's Raging River Rub. Air dried them in the fridge for a few hours as well.
Sprayed with some Pam and on the Egg at about 400 deg f...
Grilled them until crispy...
In the meantime, my wife made her infamous homemade tater chips, seasoned simply with Sea Salt... :woohoo:
My wife wanted hers with just the Texas Pete Original Wing Sauce, but I added some of the spicier hot sauce to mine.....
Plated up with some Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing on the side... I dredged my Homemade Tater Chips in that....
Now I'm gonna go to bed and pray that I wake up in the morning, without any heartattacks in between...

Thanks a lot! We have one of those KitchenAide Food Processors, and it slices and dices and all that good stuff. Only thing is that we have to cut the taters in half so they can fit through the slot.

Thanks... Actually, I did have them for lunch today too. Went to an ATL Braves game and brought the leftovers for tailgating.
