<p />I have a 4 week old wet aged brisket, getting ready to gone on. A full load of fresh lump with no dust.[p]Covered in Cowlick then white sugar.[p]430brisk2.jpg[p]430brisk3.jpg[p]White sugar is all gone and ready to put on the egg for an overnighter. Will post pics later about that.[p]Mike[p]
