Going to try a chuck roast
Had it marinating 30 minutes
dome temp and internal temp to pull it off?

  • Becasue of the amount of fat, a chuckie is ideal for pulled beef. Check out Clay Q's pulled beef in the recipe section. It's fall apart goodness. You can speed up the process and drop the bacon if you like.
