Looky here what the postman brought me! WiFi won't work until the software is enabled (September, according to Rocks). What to cook first?

    That looks sweet.

However, I'm really tired of companies selling products that aren't fully functional. I bought a Motorola Xoom tablet and while I love it, it still hasn't enabled the SDRam nor has 4GLTE upgrade been made available.

I at least waited until it supported flash before I bought it.

Very cool! That should be great and a lot of fun. I have had a DigiQ for a few years and love it. Looking forward to seeing post of great foods. Congratulations! I see a low & slow in your future. :)

    VERY cool!

I'm about ready to order my own, but I'm still debating on which length of temperature sensor cables to buy. I like having options for location of my eggs from cook to cook, but I don't want to have to coil up tons of slack each time, either.

  • Nice present from the mailman. I have a Guru, and they take almost all the worry out of the cook, you'll love the temp controller.

Do a butt for 15 hours, or simmer some chili on the egg. Maybe wait until the temperatures drop back into the double digits on the chili.

Make your own 'extension' cords for the times you need the extra length.

Looks great. A little surprised the software is not activated. Time will pass quickly.

You are gonna love it! It makes cooking so much easier. Rock gives great customer service!
  • That is just plain awesome...I have a Stoker and an external wireless bridge which I am sure could be confusing to some people....Anyway, I am envious and look forward to hearing how it works out!!!

you can use 1/4" "headphone" extension cables from radio shack. they carry them in several lengths. to be sure they sell you the right cables, bring in one of your temp probes to your radio shack store.
