Trying to get a general consensus. I see in the egghead bible talk about frying in the egg.. I have a cast iron dutch oven that would be perfect for cooking wings. I am wondering what people think of this idea if I were to keep the oil at a safe and manageable level.
And if yes
Would you just use a raised grid, direct with lid open so as not to grease the inside of your egg.
