Took one of my favorite indoor meals out to the Egg
Chops in mushroom soup over rice
I picked up a couple of smoked pork chops from a local butcher, he does a great job on these
Some pics
Smoked pork chops
On the Egg for a quick sear with some corn
Some shrooms and onions getting started
Added a can of mushroom soup and some cream, and let simmer
Plated with basmati rice and some corn
This really turned out well, the sauce picked up a little smoke and the chops just melted.
Thanks for looking

That looks great.
How much cream did you use and did you add any water to the soup?

Thanks GG
There was about 1 cup of cream and the can of soup, with no water. There was lots of juice from the mushrooms and onions too

Looks great Shane. In my opinion, any food items with shrooms in it or on it is going to be pretty good!

Thanks Heath

Looks awesome Shane! Your sauce/gravy looks killer, I could think of a few things to put that on. It would go great with chicken 'n rice or cook some sausage into it and slide a homemade buttered biscuit or two under it. Your chop looks perfect as well. Major drool factor! :cheer:
