Pics are still in the camera, but just tried my first baby backs off the Egg. O!M!G! They were awesome!!! I did the 3-1-1 method. For the first 3 I basted about once an hour with peanut oil and orange juice. Used apple juice in the foil and basted once more for the last hour. Used a finishing sauce of brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and yellow mustard for the last 15 minutes. I thought the ribs off my vertical smoker were the best. These are incredible! Once again, the egg is an AWESOME COOKING MACHINE!!! How could I have gone 55 years without one!
