  • Thanks, that was a great tip and sale. I have one at home already, but needed a second one for the lakehouse so ordered per the link. I bought my first coupole years ago after seeing it in Cooksillustrated, and use it for a lot of things besides grillin and smokin (getting oil temps right for frying, creme brulee which absolutely has to come out of oven at exact right temperature, etc). If you have been sitting on fence, now is a great opportunity to get one--I have never really seen them on sale before. Must have for serious cooks.
