Looking to get a recipe for Honey Coated Chicken Wings. My sisters family is coming to North Carolina, and her daughter Tiffany (Down's Syndrome) put in a request to have Uncle Richie do Chicken Wings Honey, but not spicy.
So I thought I'd asked my fellow Eggheads.
All I have are spicy.

I think Tiffany has great taste, I love wings with honey but have never cooked them or any other wings yet. I would keep it simple and lightly salt and pepper wings and cook on the egg in your usual way. In stead of saucing I would brush with honey. It may help to heat the honey in the microwave to thin it. I would brush them a couple times and turn as you go to get good coverage and flavor. I wouldn't add the honey to early as it may burn. Maybe just a pinch of garlic salt at the end might make them rock! I'm making myself hungry . . . gotta go.

Keep it simple....melt some butter and mix with some Braswelll's Ginger Honey or other flavored honey...cinnamon, curry, soy....
