Call me crazy but with the heat index being close to 115 today I decided to fire up the Egg. That said my Maverick ET 732 came in the other day and I am now able to monitor temperature stabilization a full 300 feet, indoors I might add, away from the searing heat out on the patio. Awesome ! That's not small beer given the fact that it took like an hour or so of fiddle faddle to set the temp steady at 225. Time for a nap........
