Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

check out the latest installment of "Live from Daryl's house".....if you have never seen it, daryl hall (from hall and oats fame) has a great on-line tv show that showcases a different artist every month....its all filmed at his old farmhouse up in NY. ...and as part of every episode, there is a cooking segment. ..well, this month he has Booker T on the show and they are cooking on a big green egg!!! how cool is that?!

  • no problem. ...chubby found the site originally and turned me on to it ....the episodes are great!! ..great music, and then the food segments are a lot of fun ...the todd rundgren episode is probably my favorite (the one at daryl's house, not the hawaii one)...

Love "Live from Daryl's House"! Have not seen this episode, thanks. In the 80's, I wanted to have his child! And I kind of stalked him, groupie like.... Did I just type that?

Nice program. Very good taste in cooker, even better (IMO) in guest artist. The 11-ish minute version of "Time is Tight" from a re-union show with the MGs is spectacular.

Please tell me Booker T did a scissor's kick and the spin-a-roonie after he took the first bite of the egged food. That would be awsome

If Hall n Oats are Eggheads, perhaps it is time for me to GTFO. Just kidding, that was going to far, but you know it don't matter anyway.

WOW!!! I am blown away by that fantastic music. Thanks for hooking us up with the site, Max. Looks like I need to check some previous episodes of Live from Daryl's house, but I don't think much could top Booker T.
