We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Woking on my Mini

So got myself and nice little typhoo wok, seasoned it before my trip up north. Bought a wok ring for the mini - unfortunately wok doesn't sit down in it so had to remove it.

Made stir fried beef and onions - rib eye slices, toyomansi and garlic, onion slices. Nothing else required.

Tried to put a bit too much in there for the size so didn't get the fast cook I hoped for - but it's a learning curve.
