Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

The heavy cracked black pepper (and fresh garlic :woohoo: ) bulk sausage found it's nitch :woohoo: :woohoo:
Mixed with a little shredded medium Tillamook cheddar, it was PERFECT in the fresh jalapenos from Colorado and wrapped in the thick sliced Hickory smoked bacon from Sam's Club :silly:  :silly:

Sounds great. I've got both those rubs at home and use them quite a bit. Not really a fan of John Henry's, except for the Tickler. I bought a 4 or 5 bottle sample pack. Ended up throwing some of them away.
