Picked up this wonderfully unique little yummy at the market; "Flank Steak Pinwheels": strips of (yup) flank steak wrapped around some spinach and feta with a little salt and pepper. They're small little suckers - a couple of inches diameter a piece.
Any recommendations on cooking them in my mini? Seems like it'd be a delicate operation - cooking the meat without losing all the feta. Help?

Are they like these but with the feta in between the layers?

Might try to make them tighter and then tooth pick.

They sure are! Pics would be helpful, but my camera battery is dead.
But, again, they're just like that, but smaller and more tightly "toothpicked".
