Get a replacement grate clip for ET-73

I lost my grate clip for the my ET-73 and want to get either a new one or something that will accomplish the same purpose. Just emailed Maverick, but figured I'd check on the forum and see if anyone either knows the Maverick part number (I can just fill out the form and get it), or knows of something else (that hangs under the grate, I already use the potato/piece of wood/aluminum foil tricks on top of the grate) I can use?

Before people say something, yes I prefer to use grate temperature over dome temperature

Are those stainless steel or just steel? Either of those is okay, I just don't want anything plated or galvanized near my food...

The zinc coating could potentially be dangerous. With an 8 month old I don't take chances.

It is probably fine but considering that stainless steel is not hard to come by I go with that wherever I can.

Get yourself one of these. I've been using one for a couple of years.

Zinc burns and gives off gasses at 1400 degrees C. I don't think there is a problem.
