31C (88F) tomorrow - Want to smoke something new

It's going to be smokin' hot here tomorrow and I have (wait for it) ... NOTHING scheduled! I wanted to open a beer, turn on some music, light the BGE and smoke something new but mouthwatering for dinner.
To date, I've smoked:[ul][li]ribs[/li][li]brisket[/li][li]pulled pork[/li][li]salmon[/li][li]trout[/li][/ul]Any suggestions on a new (real barbeque) dish (with a pointer to a recipe)?
Thanks in advance.

There is a reason we like to visit the Southern states in the winter
These all look so good. Thank you! A quick SMS poll of the family has it down to duck or pulled beef. Maybe one Saturday and one Sunday.
... and then another next week and another the week after that ... and another and another ...
Cheers! -
have you done beef ribs yet

I've never tried beef ribs. However, those look delicious. Can you share your technique/recipe?

about 250 dome works, 6 hours plus or minus til it probes easily with a tooth pick. steak rub and sugar, sauce toward the end. its important to find a whole rack with lots of meat on it, if you see the ribs it doesnt cook as well

How did you cook that? This is going to be my weekend cook. Thinking straight out of the fridge for a quick sear on the mini then indirect at 250 over a drip pan with beef broth. What temp did you cook to? Kinda worried about the meat drying out.

Can I get your chile rellanos recipe? They look fantastic. I have a bunch in the pepper bed just looking to be thrown on the egg.

How about some breakfast pizza in the morning, then some wings for lunch, a prime rib for supper and then a little blueberry cobbler for desert. Good thing it lunch time, I'm hungry.
88 isn't bad, it will be 116 heat index this weekend in IA. -
+1 on the pulled beef - Clay's pulled beef recipe is in the recipe section.

Well it hit 34C (94F) on the weekend. I had trouble finding good-quality duck but thoroughly enjoyed the pulled beef. Thanks for all the suggestions!
