We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Mist system

We had a BBQ competion at work today. Eleven teams with three people/team cooking for their individual work areas feeding approximately 500 people - so each area was cooking for +/- 50 people. Q included baby backs, fajitas, and sausage.

It is obviosuly real hot this time of year in Corpus. One team brought a mist system with them and hung it around their pit. It was real pleasant around their pit as opposed to others. Available at Sam's for $30.

Among other places, it would keep the Coop and the co-propiretors mighty cool. :)
