I really like the way the guy fieri knives look... How well do they cut?
Been thinking of a couple of new knives the last couple of weeks, my JA Henckels knives are getting quite old and beat up. -
Don't let em get to you. I have thought about ordering a couple of those knives and checking them out. I may get ridiculed for this, but I actually like Guy, and obviously a lot of people do by the popularity of his shows… I think he has done a lot of good for some of the mom and pop places that serve great quality food. So thanks for the thoughts on the knives and keep on keeping on.

They cut like any mid range priced carbon steel knife that you keep a good edge on. Pretty sharp, seem to keep a good edge. The design is a novelty, I'm a fan of DDD's and got a couple of them given to me by a dealer and bought the rest after trying them out.
They are made by Ergo-Chef and they feel fine in my hand but knives are a personal thing. Love my set (But just about anything would have been better then what I was cutting with) Just curious as to which blade you have in your hand. I have the Big Stick, Chopper, Dragon blade and Lil Guy. Did they add a cleaver to the line-up?

The Cleaver...last in the series. Just released and still selling for full retail.
