Well I put this on for 30 minutes.
Only down side is you can not check the temp. It was a little dry but edible with some sauce

It was on the Naked Wiz recipe page and looked like a fun recipe when friends are over. Pork tenderloin placed on a damp cotton towel loaded with salt.placed directly on coals. Forms a salt casing. Just a littlevdry no way to check temp.

Why couldn't you just jab the beoch with a thermapen? :ermm:
Wrapped in cloth, cooked in a skillet, on a cast iron grate, in the coals...it doesn't make a bit of difference if it's cooked past it's temp. :pinch:
That's probably the most important thing I've learned here. that and buy like 8x as much beer as you think if a certain Canadian is gonna make it. :P -
