Lamb Ribs

I found some lamb called riblets cut from the breast and decided that I needed to give them a try.
I seasoned them with a coffee based rub and grilled them pretty fast at around 350 and they turned out pretty good for a quick meal.
These could use a long slow cook or searing and a braise, but that will have to wait until next time.

Those look good. I'm guessing from your comment (that they'd be good braised) that they're not the most tender cut, but it looks like they turned out fine.
