Delish bbq chicken

Last night cooked a couple of chicken leg quarters traditional bbq style. Put them in the fridge rubbed with Tsunami Spin for a few hours.
On to the egg, stablized at 375. Flipped after 15 minutes then added doctored up bottled sauce. Flipped again after 15 minutes and more sauce. At some point I added asparagus in my cute little Lodge cast iron and corn in the husk.
Plated with homemade macaroni salad, the Fiance's favorite. This was such a tastey dinner, I coul have it again tonight!
But I have a tri tip ready to go. Bella was rooting for Tony Stewart in last night's race, she was disappointed with his finish.

Good looking meal. The 5 year old loves Kyle Busch and was excited he had the pole. Watched the finish today and was beside himself Kyle won.

How'd you make the Mac salad? Pasta salad (with macaroni elbows) is my favorite! -
Boiled some Smart Taste elbows, that the Fiance can't detect as healthy, dressed with a mix of mayo/sour cream/dijon/pepperoccini juice while warm. Spread on a cooking sheet then into the fridge to cool. Then added celery, black olives, green bell pepper & a touch more mayo. It was good.

I need that little Lodge CI tray. What is the size on it and where did you find it. I have not seen that size before it looks perfect for most side dishes
