Delish bbq chicken

Last night cooked a couple of chicken leg quarters traditional bbq style. Put them in the fridge rubbed with Tsunami Spin for a few hours.

On to the egg, stablized at 375. Flipped after 15 minutes then added doctored up bottled sauce. Flipped again after 15 minutes and more sauce. At some point I added asparagus in my cute little Lodge cast iron and corn in the husk.

Plated with homemade macaroni salad, the Fiance's favorite. This was such a tastey dinner, I coul have it again tonight!

But I have a tri tip ready to go. Bella was rooting for Tony Stewart in last night's race, she was disappointed with his finish.
