Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

OK, I think this will be the last one. Just got my egg this week and will be cooking some bone-in pork chops tonight. Tomorrow - RIBS!

Mustard - assume he means the condiment and not the ground seed, right? Does it matter what kind or will French's (my favorite on Brats!) work?

Basic mustard will be fine...and no, not the seeds

Thank you. Assumed so, but it seemed weird.

Coat it w/ mustard...then what ever rub you are gonna use...It won't taste like mustard in the end.... ;)

You don't need a "favorite" mustard because you won't taste it. Watch for a sale of the cheapest prepared mustard you can find and buy several bottles. They last forever.
