I am supposed to cook 3 slabs of ribs today, they were frozen last night so I took them out at about 1 am to put in the fridge and come completely forgot about them.
I didnt get the back into the fridge today until 12 pm and they were cool to the touch so they were out about 11 hours starting a solid frozen
They are all cryovaced, but are they safe to eat?

I'm with Dave here, as long as they do not smell bad, cook and eat them. I wouldn't re-refrigerate them for later though. Cook them today or toss them.

I will be cooking them today thsnks for the help

I'd eat 'em. In general I think there's a level of fear regarding "food safety" issues that is out of whack with the real risks involved.

When you unpack them you may get a strange odor, don't fear, cryovac packing does that sometimes, cook those babyies and enjoy
