Having owned my egg for one year now, I have done, steaks, burgers, chicken, turkey, pork, ribs, pulled pork, canadian bacon, smoked cheese, pizza....you name it, it's been smoked, grilled or baked!!!! What to do next? I am home with the kides, 4 and 2, for the next three days alone!!!! What to cook?

I haven't done it yet on the Egg yet, but Paella is amazing also!

pancakes..at 4 and 2 I dont think they'd appreciate ABT's...read the forum and get ideas and inspirations...that's what it's all about...

Throw on a brisket and let it do it's thing.
Then follow Wess's ideas for the kids while the brisket is cooking. Phil's idea is pretty-durn-good, too!

Hodag Cookies. Kids of all ages from 1 to 92 enjoy these.

Tots! perfect kids food we do them on a pizza screen, raised indirect 425-450, put them on frozen, after 8-10 min, spray them with cooking spray,, roll them over and spray the bottom, cook another 10-15 until done.I usually rotate the screen a couple of times for even cooking

4 y/o can roll their meat balls,
2 y/o stir pot 'o sauce before you put that on the BGE --
and you can tell them what good cooks they are!

My mouth started wateriing as soon as the pitcure of the completed bacon wrapped tots came up. Those look great!
