I also like really simple recipes. The last time I made stir fry I marinated the chicken in soy sauce for an hour, light dusting of corn starch and that's it. Poured a little soy sauce into the wok with the veggies but no more.
I had all kinds of plans for that cook: a teriyaki sauce, some sriracha, some garlic...but I left it all inside so it all got thrown out the window and I stuck with soy sauce. I feel that a 550* wok makes up for a lot...
