15 Pound Ribeye Cook

Over the weekend, my buddy cooked this amazing 15lb whole ribeye thanks to some awesome tips from this community.
We smoked the ribeye at 225 for 4.5 hours and then rested it for about two hours, foiled it and put in cooler for another couple of hours and then re-heated in the oven at 250 to get warm.
Pulled the meat with an internal temp of 130 degrees initially and this was the final product after warming in oven. It was PERFECT!!!
