Had over prepped for the 4th and only egged what was needed as I went along so finished it off yesterday evening. A variety of stuff and much of it bacon wrapped begged for a different sort of set up on the XL.
Moink balls and a few bacon wrapped wing lollies on the half moon raised grid with the drip pan
Corn, wings, and turkey wing lollies on the main grid
Bacon wrapped wing lollies on the grid from the small
Cauliflower, yellow squash, and zukes, with some onion and red bell pepper cruising in the bacon/chicken fat. Sitting on spacers on the small pizza stone.
Turned out nice - good thing we still have visitors to handle all this stuff
