into alternative uses for left over pulled pork. Today it's Pulled Pork Pizza Poppers. Started with a tube of Pillsbury pizza dough...cut into squares...pulled pork, grated Queso Quesadilla Cheese, and Raspberry Chipotle on one batch. Pulled pork, candied jalapenos, Quesu Quesadilla, and a dollop of Blues Hog Honey Mustard on the other. Rolled all in stone ground cornmeal and indirect on the Small at 350 or so until brown, turning once or twice. Darn tasty.

These really surprised me. They are even better cooled down to room temp. Lots of options for fillings. Must say it's a pretty good appetizer. Maybe a good fest item. Sharon used this dough for a breakfast dish with eggs, sausage, cheese and jalapenos....wrapped everything in the dough. Tasted like Chubby made it...except without the dirt and grit...very good! Gave me the idea.
