They look great. Tomorrow it will be one year since CWM passed. I did not know him personally, but I thank him everytime I cook ribs. I made sure the menu tomorrow is built around CWM ribs.

Richard, I had the pleasure of being his sous chef in Atlanta for 2 years which consisted of sitting around for 3 hours drinking beer and laughing after that we had to get up every 20 minutes to spritz :ohmy: :laugh: he had cooking at fests wired. I came back from making the rounds and he hollared "Poolman where the hell you been I had to spritz while you were gone" but he couldn't do it without laughing. Yes hard to believe it's been a year :(

Hard to believe it's been a year. I usually do spares but the BB's were Mikes favorite. I'm looking forward , just guessing, to all the rib pics tomorrow even without the rib hotline which I believe he really enjoyed.
