Cooked 19 Hours 20 minutes @ 200, bumped up to 275 for the last hour. Resting in a cooler then time to pull.

I was wondering the same thing about weight. They look small, so 20+ hours seems loooooong. Hope my ten pounders don't cook as slow as some seem to have been cooking lately.

Well everything you read says 2 hours per pound, and I usually go with that and let that include my cooler rest, but typically they seem to take about 1.5 hours per pound for me. Although, I have had a nine pounder take almost 19 hours once before.

7 pounds total. My first attempt, I was going by by internal temps on both. Both probes read 200 when I pulled them.
