We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Easy pie - nothing fancy - but very tasty!

Trader Joe's dough
EVOO
Dried oregeno
Sauce
Sliced sun dried tomatoes
Sliced onions
8 pieces of pepperoni (what the wife and kids did not want)
Slices of mozzarella log
sliced mushrooms
Bit of shredded moz (what the w&k did not want)

Cook for about 20 minutes at 550.

Pie about done:

Then top with fresh basil

Very tasty pie. Crisp crust, great flavors.

Got the 10# butt ready for the medium tomorrow.
