I've got a small brisket on right now. 5 hours and it's 174 right now. The butt looks good.

on the egg almost 8 hours, dome temp steady around 225, internal is around 165. should be done in a few hours.

just cooked a butt myself, this time waited until internal was 200. I have to agree with all the Egg Heads, waiting until the 200 mark really make a difference, less fat tasting, but still moist and tasty!
I love this egg.
