Hey everyone -

Just wanted to let you know that the date for the 2012 Athens, Texas Eggfest is now set!

Won't you please join us on Saturday May 12th at the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center in Athens, Texas for an even bigger and better event than we saw at Green Eggs & Ham...burgers?!

Lots of great prizes and treats for our cooks, and demo eggs everywhere!

Bring your mom! Bet she'd LOVE to sample some of the food cooked just for her. As a matter of fact, we'll have to put something together to honor MOMS that day. Look out - I see something crazy on the horizon!

Mom and Dad are in MN.
The last two visits they made to Texas "both" ended in the hospital. They are no longer allowed to travel south.
