Mrs had a 'procedure' today so I'm cookin'. Spatchcock and simple sides
here's she is, ready to go, brined and dressed in DP Jamaican Firewalk
350 temp for about 70 minutes
Kramer, assuming the dinnertime position
plated with simple sides

Life is good..Mrs doing great and she loved dinner (loves the Egg cause I do most of the cookin' now) thanks BGE. Bob

wow.. 16? Kramer is 6.. Does your Corgi have an 'attitude'? Ours is a real piece of work.. assertive and very much already the grumpy old man..

Great looking cook. Glad Mrs. Bob is doing well after her procedure. Way to take care of her by providing some good egged food.
