Does anyone have a favorite recipe using sriracha? I love it and would love to see some recipes that incorporate it! Thanks

Eddie, try googling "sriracha recipes". You'll find a ton of suggestions! Such as: 25 ways from Bon Appetit. See below:

Hope this helps.

Personally, I think it's more versatile than Ketchup! I enjoy Siracha, fresh lime, & vermont maple syrup for a nice rib glaze-Proud resident of Missoula, MThttps://www.facebook.com/GrillingMontanahttp://grillingmontana.com

I got 158 recipes at food.com. Do a search on "sriracha" and then sort by rating. Sambal ain't bad either, you know...

I use that recipe but use Peach jelly and I add sesame oil & garnish with chopped green onion...I served them this weekend at NewEggland fest...they were a big hit...

I like this one a lot on wings, but it would work on other things as well.

I use it with a ahi tuna steak. I sear the tuna, thinly slice it and and arrange on a plate. I drizzle sriracha on top with chopped green onion, and fried onions. I also drizzle a little teriyaki sauce on top. Great appetizer before steaks.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

If you ever eat sushi, Sriracha is mixed with mayo and that is what they use for the spicy mayo. We use it all the time!

I mix it with a good ranch dressing all the time as well.
