Mickey asked me if I was ever home. For the next 4 months I will be on the road and lurking 3 days out every week...The busy season cometh.
Long drives home give me time to think up new ways to abuse :laugh: the eggs and test LLoyds taste buds. :laugh:
I stopped at Central Market on the way home and got a small air chilled whole hen (worth every penny). I spatched it, rubbed with John Henry's Jerk Chicken and on the small at 325. I added a few JD chips during the last 15 or so minutes. So hungry for some good food didn't take pictures. It was yummy.
This is all that was left.

Yea, I know. I am so thankful that I am busy, at least it justifies my position.
