Brought home some fresh snapper and some shrimp from Destin Friday and cooked it Saturday night.

  • 2 halves. I don't think you can get a full CI for an XL.

    Climbing Egg, if you are interested in a full CI for an XL check out cast-iron-grate.com, I have two of these for my Lge's along with the optional griddle insert, they are a good product :)

  • Thanks Capt, thats a cool product. I haven't had any problems with the half moons. I have been thinking of purchasing a half griddle though.
  • We are actually 8 hours away, I wish it was closer! I packed it on ice when we came home from vacation.
