    Tom I have found that if you NEVER clean the grid stuff never sticks :laugh:
    That was skin on the fish and no sticking.

    Fantastic cook! A lot of my friends have been posting pics of Red Snapper on FB this week ( and I'm so jealous)....Your snapper and shrimp look delicious. :)
