I continue to get double posts. What am I doing wrong so I can stop it?

Could be you are hitting the left mouse to fast.

Hi Dave in Fl. Stop hitting the "Back" buttom immediately after you've submitted your post. Just give the site a second or two and you'll be directed to your post. Hitting the "Back" tab causes the double posts.

Like others have said, don't hit the 'back' button. Always wait for the page to return by itself after posting.
