wife asked what I wanted for dinner on father's day, fajita's came to mind. so she and I hit the mexican market and loaded up on groceries. From lighting the lump to sprinkling the last bit of cheese on my fajitas, the total cook time was not much more than one hour.
15 inch cast iron skillet loaded with the veggies
had the large bge cast iron grid heating up under the skillet so wasted no time searing the meat. took all of couple minutes to sear the meat.
end result, gotta love a good fajita
Might check your local phone book to see if ya'll have a local mexican market nearby, well worth the trip. t

Great looking fajita's, got my mouth watering.
I really enjoy heating the shells on the egg for a crisp texture or putting the shell over the veggies while cooking for a soft texture. It's a real treat tasting how the lump addks flavor to flour and water.

I said to my wife, 'Where do you want to go for our anniversary?' She said, 'I want to go somewhere I've never been before.' I said, 'Try the kitchen.'

Chef, the spider is his product, available at www.ceramicgrillstore.com, and the CI grid is one for a large BGE
