Marinaded Chicken Thighs

Marinaded some chicken thighs in 1/2 C olive oil, 4 T white wine vinegar, 2 T Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, 1 t italian seasoning for 2-hrs. then added some Plowboys Yardbird Rub
On a raised grid @ 325* direct
Turned every 20-min. for 1hr. 15-min.
Served with broccoli, and mashed potatoes. Very tasty
Jackie and I have been in central northern Calif. since Fri. I cooked at the Eggs By The Bay Eggfest Saturday on Sunday we drove up to Paradise Ca. to see her son Rich, he has a Pit Bull named Maggie a very vicious dog

You feed me the thighs and I will look just like Maggie :laugh:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Great lookin chicken Ross, I have never marinated thighs but like the idea and will keep that in mind.
Love the photos of Maggie, when raised right Pit Bulls are as good as they come. My old vet offered me a year old male that had been abandoned, I was very sorry I didn't have room for it. For entertainment it was chewing holes in a heavy stainless steel water dish.
