thank you! here is the pasta recipe....
7 oz. white flour
3.5 oz. semolina flour
3 eggs
1 tbs olive oil
pinch of salt
that makes on pound. what you see is three pounds.
i mix it with the kitchen aid mixer and then wrap it in saran wrap for 30-45 minutes and then run it through the ka pasta attachment.
it takes about an hour and fifteen minutes (if you roll it out after a half hour) to do one pound. -
Wow, seeing those pics make me wonder what my boy will be like when he is one years old. He is only 6 weeks old right now and changes every day. You best believe I'm goign to do a monster blow out party for his 1 year b-day.
The fresh pasta looks amazing as well. Post the recipe on how to make it if you don't mind. -

Jason, the photo story of Caden will be something you will look back on 15-20 years from now and chortle over. That poor cake. I can just see him handling the pasta, too.
Your handmade pasta was a labor of love and that dinner will ALWAYS be a special memory.Judy in San Diego -
