The cooks meeting
One of the trucks bring the Eggs broke down so we did not have an Egg until 11am and we completed our cook before 4pm Recipes well on Eggs By The Bay site
I wish I had taken more pictures but once we Started cooking thats all there was time for. This was my wife Jackie's first eggfest, Jackie was such a great partner I'm a lucky guy

Smitty offloaded my pics.., and as I remember I have several of you in action. We're unpacking this morning as we didnt get home till 1:30 AM..,
(late flight and dead battery at Airport parking lot) but I'll get mine loaded this afternoon/evening and see if I can figure out how to get pics up from
this new "SuperComputer" that Kent hooked me up with!!

0 • Off Topic Disagree Agree LikeGood to see everybody at the fest again, and a pleasure to meet Jackie. Anne and I both loved the wrapped asparagus. It's amazing how busy this fest gets - tough to get around to see everybody with each of their cooks.
Wish that there had been more time for some things. The GTG really went fast. Didn't realize so much time had flown by when everybody started packing up - looked at my cell phone and was shocked at the time (Anne and I are definitely morning people - seldom stay up late)
EbtB is definitely a great and memorable event, with great cooks cooking lots of great food (and it's run pretty well too :whistle: )
