Do most of you leave bark on your wood chunks or go barkless?

Burn the bark, no problem.

Jeff I have always heard that you should not use bark because it can create bitter taste in the food.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Professionals use split wood with and without bark, wont matter
