    You guys have no idea. My wife has been laughing her ass off at the BBQ pron I've been reading about.

    even read a 250 page book in a day, "the butchers guide to well raised meat."

    I'm getting the large with the large cypress table.

    Haha, reminds me of the Rodney Dangerfield quote that someone here has in their signature...

    it goes something like this:

    "I'm at the age when food has replaced sex in my life. In fact, I've just installed a mirror over my dining room table!" (can't remember exact quote and too tired/lazy to look it up... it's 2am already!)

    Just make sure you have about 80 pounds of lump. That first week can go quick. ;) :laugh:
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Got mine this last weekend at the eggfest. Cooked two meals on it already.. pork tenderloin and splatchcock chicken. Pork was great.. chicken was moist I wanted more flavor.. Enjoy start collecting recipes.

    For more flavor in chicken you need to either add rub or wood for smoke.
