The day started great with a phone call from our Navy son in Bahrain and ended with great ribs and still watching the US Open
Going on this morning along with the trimmings
and no this is not lazy it's being efficient and multi tasking
I'm getting good at this multi tasking thing, here they are ready to sauce
with the carnivore sweet
and set
might have been my best ones yet, texture was great with just a slight pull off the bone
Happy Fathers Day to all the dads. Hope your day is/ was great like mine

Looks great Pat. I cooked up six slabs a while back and food savored them after they cooled and socked them in the freezer for later. I tried them and it works great. :P We love eating them.
