Contacting Mothership?

I'm looking for a nomex gasket and w under the impression that the Mothership is the only option. I have called and left voicemail, and emailed with no response from either one, is this normal? Is there another supplier for the nomex gasket?

You dealer can order it. The BGE product code is NMGKHDXL (XL), NMGKHDL (L), NMGKHDM (M)
