Spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with your EGG? Virginia Willis’ three course menu is perfect for a date night! February is also National Chocolate Lover’s Month, so don’t feel guilty if you’ve been cooking a little more dessert than usual on your EGG. If you’re looking for something a little more savory than chocolate, try some Roasted Chicken Flatbread or Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard.

Cleaned out all the girls this morning for a big day of cooking. Lifted my arms to comb my hair before I walked out the door

I just want to know how you stayed so clean. I usually look like I rolled around in the firebox when I'm through with my quarterly cleaning. Good luck with your cooks.

I was looking to see if you were showing us all the hair singed off of your arms...something else a lot of us Eggers become familiar with before we learn to burp our egg lids...
